Our Position on Kit and Logo Content
Club crests, kit designs, and manufacturer branding referenced on this site are the property of their respective football clubs, leagues, national federations, and kit manufacturers. We display and link to this content for informational and fan-community purposes, consistent with fair use. We are not the original creators of any club crest, kit template, or brand logo.
If you are a rights holder and believe content on this site goes beyond fair use or otherwise infringes your rights, we will review and respond to valid takedown requests promptly.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a notice, email gametrainerus@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request” and include the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on DLSKIT.NET where the material appears.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our Process
Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will review it and, where warranted, remove or disable access to the reported material within a reasonable timeframe. We may notify the user who submitted the content, where applicable, and provide them an opportunity to respond.
Counter-Notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address, including your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and, where applicable, restrict access for users who are found to have repeatedly infringed the rights of others.
